Nokia to launch its First Penta-Camera Phone Nokia 9 in 2019
Nokia is still in the game with its advancements on the smartphone technology. It will be the company’s first ever Penta camera smartphone. It is rumored to have a feature we all wish our phones had – a Penta camera setup. According to sources, this model will have five rear-facing camera sensors. The renders reveal that the circular placement of the back cameras. There is also a dual-tone LED flash installed. Moreover, the phone features a dual-sensor to detect proximity. Furthermore, the camera is branded with ZEISS, a German manufacturer of optical systems.

The resolution of the dual-sensors is not revealed yet. However, there is a fat chance that the Penta-camera setup will include a telephoto lens. Moreover, it will feature some wide angle lens and sensors that could detect depth. There are many other features that we will have to wait for Nokia to announce.
The front has a thin-bezel design, with no notch design. Nokia has placed its logo right above the display sensor. The phone has a Type-C USB port for charging and connection. You can also see a loudspeaker grill. Though, the phone does not have any 3.5mm headphone jack just like Nokia 8. The phone also lacks any visible fingerprint sensor, but there is a chance there could be an in-display fingerprint sensor. A Face Unlock feature to automatically recognize your face and unlock it is likely.
From the looks of it, it seems that Nokia 9 has a glass sandwich design with a metal frame in between. The device would be charged wirelessly due to the glass back panel. There a power and volume buttons on the right side of the phone. On the top, there is an ejectable SIMS card tray. A third noise-canceling microphone is located at the rear. Another microphone is installed into the antenna band on the top edge.
