Nokia will Fly Fans to its Next Event to Celebrate its New Community Site

HMD Global, the manufacturer of the best-known phones worldwide, Nokia, is hosting a  launch event on December 5th and you are can win an invite. 3 new phones will be supposedly unveiled at the event. Though the Chief Product Officer, Juho Sarvikas gives no further clues which devices will be announced. The event is scheduled to take place on 5th December 2018, in Dubai.

The mobile giant shared a promo of the event with a shadowy image showing three phones on Nokia’s Community Page. The picture was captioned with a vague tagline, #ExpectMore. The Cheif product Officer asked fans to leave a comment below the thread. A few lucky people will be randomly picked for a 48 hour round trip to Dubai.

 

Today businesses are all about the right marketing and promoting your products in a way that attracts customers. This move by Nokia is a smart one as they understand their target market. Companies spend a huge sum of money on advertisement, this is one of the examples.

Fans have their theories about what to expect at the launch. When the picture’s brightness is increased we can see that the phone on the right does not have a notch, while the other two do. Using fans’ knowledge of the upcoming mobiles, we can conclude the model’s we should expect. A Nokia 8.1 and the Nokia 7.1 Plus are yet to be revealed in the west. Both these phones have a notch. Nokia 7.1 Plus is currently available in China under the name Nokia X7. Nokia 2.1 Plus is also likely to reveal. It sports a notch as well.
