South Korea – 11 People Charged With Leaking Samsung’s OLED Secrets To China
South Korean investigators on Thursday said they have prosecuted nine individuals on doubt of spilling Samsung Electronics Co Ltd versatile technology of the display to a Chinese organization.

The Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office has charged the CEO and eight workers of provider Toptec Co Ltd for moving data prior this year about Samsung’s natural light-transmitting diode (OLED) panels.
The gathering is blamed for shaping a different shell organization that got data on the utilization of gear and illustrations of panels acquired from Samsung backup Samsung Display, and which sold a portion of the records in China for 15.5 billion won ($13.85 million), the investigator’s office said.
Toptec denied the charges

A Samsung Display representative said the arraignment was “unfortunate” and that the firm would build endeavors to ensure innovation.
