Meizu’s New Phones Don’t Have Notches

The smartphone industry is getting saturated every passing day globally. New and advanced companies are entering the market making things tough for the existing companies. Meizu is one such company that entered the market recently and has established itself in a short period of time.

Meizu is well known and recognized for producing elegant smartphones with innovative features. Recently Meizu announced the arrival of its latest smartphones series, the 15 series. According to sources, the 15 series will revolutionize the cameras in the smartphone industry. Another prominent feature of this series will include the exclusion of notches and tall screens. Rather, the phone will be featuring regular rectangle shaped phones and I think that is quite great.

Sources also claim that the series will comprise of 3 smartphones. The following is the list of these smartphones.

  • OLED Meizu 15 Plus
  • OLED Meizu 15
  • OLED Meizu 15 Lite

OLED Meizu 15 Plus will be the biggest phone in the entire series. It will feature a 5.95 inch 1440p screen along with a powerful processor of Exynos 8895 processor. Users will get to use Snapdragon 626 in the Lite version while Meizu 15 will be featuring Snapdragon 660.

According to official sources, the entire Meizu 15 series will look like iPhone 7 Plus. However users will get to see thin bezels in this series. The home button will be circular and will also include the fingerprint scanner. According to sources, Meizu 15 series may feature Flyme 7 software.

All three phones will feature a 20 MP front camera. Two of these phones will also feature a dual rear camera of 20 MP and 12 MP. The Lite and 15 version will include a 4 GB RAM while the Plus version will be featuring a 6 GB RAM.

The price of Plus will be $475, 15 will be $400, and Lite will be $270.
