WHATSAPP TO DELETE OLD CHATS FROM BACKUPS IF THEY ARE NOT SAVED AS PART OF DEAL WITH GOOGLE

In a recently announced regarding the WhatsApp chat history, in where the application warned the users to get their chat history backed up and up to date or otherwise the google drive cloud storage services will not keep and back up the history, if the user wasn’t able to back up its history.

However, WhatsApp is actually owned by Facebook which is known to be the most giant platform throughout the world. Although, there was an agreement signed between the WhatsApp and the Google in August 2018 in where the agreement was that now all the WhatsApp content will be directly saved in the user’s Google cloud drive.

This will also help the users to get their previous chat history easily with the Google cloud drive.

But somehow, the announcement is like, if the user does not back up its chat history or the backup procedure doesn’t have been updated since the year, then all the previous chat history will be removed by the Google drive storage.

So, it’s better to stay updated with the App, or you may lose all the previous records, which might be helping you to restore whenever you want.
